All fairytales have princesses and knights. Their existence has become the mark of a colorful childhood, the inspiration of a magical growth and the foundation of an eternal faith in love. I have seen them. I have been a witness to colorful tales of the true and the timeless. And I have always been silently hoping that every single good detail of the tales are true.
What would a good knight be like in this century? Could the men of the present be knights in the same way as the knights in the fairytales that we've always believed in? Could wishes come true? In this age of practicality, are valiant and true knights still existent?
To briefly describe an ideal knight of the 21st Century, let us take for example a man and let us gradually clothe him with the knightly traits that he should rightfully have.
To start off, his mind should be set to a goal. His brain should function accordingly as to which is the most efficient way to do in order to achieve the said goal. Aside from that, he should have the maturity, the prudence and the honesty. Moreover, we should not forget his sense of right and wrong, and the better judgment as to which is morally proper.
His eyes should remain focused on what is important and what is real. His sight should always be beyond what masks show. And should always seek the true beauty of his love.
His ears should know how not only to hear but also to listen--to listen to the heart, to what is true beyond what words can say.
His mouth, his lips..let them utter words of great sense and truth. They should never inflict pain and harm to the people around.
Let us proceed to his arms. They should have the strength for the ssurance of security and protection but should also have the softness for the comfort and concern.
And alas! His heart--the most fragile thing! Let it be filled with love, truth, sincerity and respect. Let it find the one true love that it unceasingly seeks, and once found, let it defy the concept of the finite. Most of all, let it overflow with music. Let the music sing through it as if nothing is more significant than the rhythm of his heartbeat. Let the music of his soul flow through his entire being and let the love flow through with it. Let everything be known to the world through his words and notes, and let the world direct it to the one who deserves it.
And how would the knight resemble? He would look like your typical man, a man with passion, a man with direction and, moreoever, a man of love and music.

Nyahaha.. Cute.. Merry Christmas nga pla.. I've been spending my vacation time cramming for gifts, something that I'm really not good at since I really think hard of what to give someone before actually buying it. Aside from that, I also have to consider other factors (e.g. is it worth the price? is it cost effective? will he/she still use it or appreciate it after the season? and many others) So now, I'm having the dilemma of insufficient gifts.. I'm sorry for those who I wont be able to give gifts to. I really tried. 24 hours is really not enough for everything. Anyway.. I really can't feel the Christmas atmosphere. i dont know why. Probably because of the school things which took most of my time instead of the Christmas shopping time that I should have had. But that's just one part of it. Hahaha.. But I'm happy anyway. I could not ask for anything more. I've got a vacation! Woohoo!!! And nice long "sleepful" nights.. ha!

Since my "sleepful" night for this day should've started a while ago, I have to catch up with it. hahahaha.. Gotta go, guyz! Sleep is essential for necessary growth and development. hahahaha!!!!
